David Patrick Schmucker, 68 of Campbellton, Florida passed away, Friday, June 7, 2024, at his residence after fighting a courageous battle with cancer.
David was born in Alma, Georgia on May 10, 1956, to the late Edwin Simon and Karen Ilene Robinson Schmucker. A U. S. Army Veteran, David retired as a security officer with DCS. He was kindhearted and always had an encouraging word for all and would want you each to find your peace like he found his. As I trusted in and confidently relied on the Lord, “…He encompassed me with mercy and loving kindness.” Psalms 32:10
David is survived by his beloved wife Darlene Schmucker, two sons David Edwin Schmucker, Stephan Timothee Schmucker, two grandchildren Karla Schmucker and Jonathan Schmucker, two brothers Darren Schmucker, Gentry Schmucker, sister Lori Schmucker, several nieces, and nephews.
A Celebration of His Life will be 1 p.m., (CDT), Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at the Chapel of James & Lipford Funeral Home in Graceville with Chaplain Roger Cosson officiating, James & Lipford Funeral Home directing.
