James Smith: Fugitive from justice-Alabama, driving under the influence- alcohol, driving under the influence- refusal to submit to testing, driving while license suspended or revoked with knowledge: Sentenced to six months in jail with one day time served.
Jennifer Speights: Released on own recognizance for new charge of fraudulent use of a credit card.
