Mr. Willie Lee Jennings, of Tallahassee, Florida, formerly of Greenwood, Florida transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at his residence.
Homegoing Celebration of Life services was held on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at 11:00 AM from the sanctuary of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church located at 3996 Wintergreen Road in Greenwood, Florida 32443 where the Reverend Kevin Williams is the pastor.
Vann Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
Interment was in the church cemetery.
Mr. Jennings lied in repose at the church from 10:00 AM until time for the service.
A public viewing was held on Friday, December 13, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Vann Funeral Home.
He leaves to cherish a lifetime of fond, yet precious memories, a loving and devoted family:
Six Daughters: Minnie Jennings Thomas, Virginia Jennings (Melvin) Lewis and Alice Jennings all of Bascom Florida; Annie Jennings Jerger of Tallahassee, Florida; Eula Jennings Scott of Virginia and Jeannette Jennings Tyrone) Greene of Crawfordville, Florida
One Son: Randy Jennings of Bascom, Florida
And a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many dear friends.
